Deposit and Cancellation Terms
When you book a service, the following terms apply.
Effective Date: 08/06/2026
1. Deposit
To secure your appointment, we require a booking deposit of:
- 50% of the total price for Protection and Polishing services
- 25% of the total price for all other services
Your appointment is not confirmed until this deposit has been paid.
The deposit is deducted from the total balance on the day of your appointment. It helps cover the time reserved for your booking, preparation, administration and the fact that we may decline other work once your slot is reserved.
2. Cancellations by You
We understand that plans can change; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Our cancellation terms are:
2.1. More Than 48 Hours' Notice Given
Deposit can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded, less any costs already incurred
2.2 24-48 Hours' Notice Given
Deposit may be retained, but can usually be transferred once at our discretion
2.3 Less Than 24 Hours' Notice Given
Deposit will normally be retained
2.4 No Show or Unavailable Vehicle
Deposit will be retained and we may recover any additional reasonable losses incurred where these exceed the deposit amount
3. Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to weather, illness, equipment failure, safety concerns or circumstances outside our control, we will offer you a new appointment slot.
If we cannot provide the service, or you do not wish to rearrange, we will refund any deposit or advance payment for work not carried out.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Further changes, or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, may be treated as a cancellation.
5. 14-Day Cancellation Rights for Online, Phone and Message Bookings
If you book as a consumer online, by phone, email, message, or social media, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If your booking is due to take place within 14 days, you agree that we may begin preparing for and/or providing the service during that cancellation period.
If you cancel after requesting work to start within the 14-day period, you may be required to pay for any work already carried out and any reasonable costs we have already incurred.
6. Late Arrival or Vehicle Not Ready
Please ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed time and location, with access to water/electricity/safe parking, if required.
If we are unable to carry out the work because the vehicle is unavailable, unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
7. Agreement
By paying your deposit and booking in a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these deposit and cancellation terms.
